Wow so yesterday Exene played an acoustic set inside of Vinyl Solution records.I love Exene I have seen her numerous times play with X and I think they are awesome!Diane told me that jeff told her about it and to not be late!So I made sure to be there ahead of time and its a good thing I did. That tiny little store was packed!Exene was outside talking to her fans when I arrived.I can't believe how nervous I felt, star struck I guess.She was walking right towards me and she said hi! Eep!I froze I said hi back but thats it.=( When she was ready to start everyone jammed themselves in the store,She sounded Great!I thought maybe I could get pictures after,but there were too many people there.It was pretty rad, I have been going to that record store since about 17 and its nice to know that its still there and thriving! There were people there my age as well as young kids. I was just there back at christmas time buying a blondie t-shirt for Andraya. Its cool to know that this generation of kids are interested in still buying vinyl and listening to good music!
