Why does Sunday go by sooo fast ?

At this point I am so tired of being sick!On the one hand I just want to be able to rest and sleep,but then I either feel bored or unproductive.Although when I push myself to do things as usual I'm complaining because I really don't feel well and wish to just be left alone.I can't win I'm just a mess when I'm sick.I missed two whole days of work and only went a little more than half the day Friday.I went home rested a bit and then got ready to go out and see a show I've been a excited about all month.I thought there's no way I'm going to miss it!I felt good at the time and at the show felt even better it was GREAT!I thought I was all better, then came Saturday morning ugh! I felt like crap again I think I over did it too soon and now I'm paying for it.=(Well I'm off to have chicken soup and curl up and get cozy.Monday will be here soon.=(

I was right ! I am sick ! =(

So last night I just felt worse as the night progressed.I went to bed feeling absolutely miserable! knowing good and well that I could definitely not take the day off or even ask to go home early. Blah! So I hoped and prayed for a brighter tomorrow.Well this morning I literally had to drag myself out of bed to the shower.My head and sinus were really bothering me.I even felt a little nausea.I put on what I would have to say is the ugliest outfit ever worn , barely brushed my hair and made my way out the door.I drove myself kicking and screaming the whole way, not to mention the torrential down pour of rain that was happening this morning.Half way there it stopped and I was able to snap this photo.=)Needless to say this rainbow was the best thing about the whole day.I'm just super happy that I'm now at home, its Friday and I can rest! Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow so I can hit up a few Estate sales! =)

I think I'm getting sick !

Today didn't start out awful,but slowly progressed. By the end of the day I just wanted to be home under the blankets.I don't think it helped matter's that one of my bosses got mad at me. =( I can only hope tomorrow is better!

It's raining it's pouring!

It's Monday and I got to sleep in!It's so nice not to have to go out. It's raining cats and dogs and super windy! Yes! Finally winter weather, I love the rain.So I'm going to take advantge of this peaceful time and watch an old movie, make some hot coco and snuggle with my favorite blanket.Earlier this morning my mom invited me and my daughter out for breakfast that was great! Then I went to the kinokuniya bookstore and bought the Jan issue of Fudge magazine.The photography is so incredible!I scanned a few of my favorite images.Hope everyone else is enjoying their monday!

Quiet Sunday

I woke up a little late this morning,but i didn't feel very rested.I had a series of strange dreams last night.So when I woke this morning I felt rather strange. I was trying to recall all the details but couldn't .I felt odd most of the morning.So I went out to try and snap myself out of the funk.I went and got my fav hazelnut coffee .Then I decided to go out and get some gardening done.Yesterday I went thriftstore shopping and found this amazing vintage natural history book.It had some really beautiful illustrations.That inspired me to go out and see what was growing.
